Selecting and paying for your member tier

Things you’ll need: 

  1. Your organizational email associated with your members.tinynews.org account
  2. A credit or debit card to pay for your organization’s member tier

For current members

  1. Go to https://members.tinynewsco.org/#/portal/signin to sign in to your account 

You will have to click the secure sign-in link sent to your email to log in

  1. Once you’re signed in, or if you are already signed in to your account, go to "Membership" and click "My Account". Click on “View Plans” 
  1. Choose your tier plan, either “Community” or “Publisher”. You should select the tier you are already on.
  2. Enter your payment information to pay for your member tier via Stripe, and click “Subscribe”

You will be taken back to the main members site and see a confirmation message in the top right corner after your payment is complete. Your member tier subscription will now be immediately effective.

Your monthly fee will be charged automatically every month on the date you subscribed. (Ex: If you made your first payment on the 15th of the month, you will be charged again on the 15th of the following month.) You will not need to make a payment every month manually.

You can update your billing information in the future by going to https://members.tinynewsco.org/#/portal/account and clicking “Update” next to billing info to change it in Stripe.
